These Terms & Conditions govern your use of My Car Info, a service operated by South Zone Holidays. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
My Car Info builds and hosts a shareable web page for a vehicle owner, driver, or travel operator (our "customer"), listing their vehicles, photos, document status, pricing, and contact details. We are a page-building and hosting service - we are not a transport company, travel agency, or booking platform, and we do not operate, own, inspect, or insure any vehicle listed on this site.
Any booking, trip, fare, or transportation service arranged after viewing a page on this site is a direct agreement between the customer's visitor and that specific vehicle owner/operator - not with My Car Info. This includes vehicle condition, driver conduct, punctuality, safety, pricing accuracy, and trip outcomes. My Car Info is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for it.
Vehicle owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their own page - photos, document validity dates, pricing, and contact numbers. We display what is provided to us in good faith, but we do not independently verify documents, pricing, or vehicle condition.
Creating a page carries a one-time setup fee (currently ₹999 for the first vehicle, plus ₹149 per additional vehicle). This fee is for the work of building and publishing the page and is non-refundable once paid - see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Keeping a page active also requires an annual renewal fee of ₹199 per owner - this is charged once per owner per year, not per vehicle, and covers every vehicle that owner has on the platform regardless of how many. Like the setup fee, the renewal fee is non-refundable once paid.
Where a page includes a "Pay Advance via UPI" button, that button sends payment directly from a visitor to the vehicle owner's own UPI account. My Car Info never receives, holds, or has visibility into these payments, and is not responsible for that transaction, its outcome, or any refund related to it. Any dispute about an advance payment is between the visitor and the vehicle owner.
This site offers translation into several Indian languages using Google Translate. Translations are automated and may not be fully accurate - the original English content is authoritative in case of any discrepancy.
You agree not to use this site to publish false, misleading, or illegal content, or to misuse another person's contact details or documents without authorization.
My Car Info provides this website on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, reliance on information published on it, or any trip, transaction, or communication that follows from it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
